Where marsh meets big wood forest

This sign says it all Welcome to Lake Maria State Park

 Two different views from the overlook as you first come into the park and are able to park and hike.

 don't know if you can see them but there are two men fishing off the fishing dock that nice fall day.

As you can see here the lake was flooded over when we discovered this treasure cove.

Nice marsh area for animals to breed and hide

Nice example of fungus that is found in a marshy forest land. Found this one to be interesting.
